Stairmaster Training
(SMT) is offered three semesters a year (spring, summer
and fall) and each class usually lasts twelve weeks. The
primary purpose is to provide GHC members a means to get
in-depth biblical training. The goal of every SMT class
is knowledge and life change. Our mission is simply Learning
for Life Transformation. Classes normally meet at church,
last two hours, and cost $15. Notebooks and notes will be
provided.

| Course | Description | Day | | Survey of the Bible | This course tracks the daily Bible Readings in the "Eat the Word" One-year Bible reading program at GHC. The seminars will provide you a background to help you better understand the Bible books that you are reading. It normally meets the first Wednesday/Saturday of each month (with some variation).
